Human Talent Filtering and Selection

It is possible to determine the compatibility levels between the human talent and companies through a quantum comparison of their own Algorithms or Quantum Creation Designs. We significantly optimize the services of recruitment companies that request our assistance.

We do not need to perform psychometric tests, aptitude tests, or communicate directly with candidates, nor request any type of personal documentation.

Requirements

Policies, Terms, and Conditions

1) In the case of our OCUS HR services for the selection and screening of human resources, the Director, CHRO, or HR Manager must sign an authorization letter agreeing to allow QSP to use its technology to screen the prospects or employees to be evaluated.

2) The human talent to be evaluated must provide their consent and authorization to undergo our technology as part of the selection process for the recruiting company requesting our services. If this is not the case, the recruiting company will assume any liability. 

3) Only compatibility, screening, and selection results will be provided. We will not disclose any other information related to the Personal Algorithm of candidates or the evaluated Companies' Algorithms to the recruiting company.

4) To obtain the Company's Algorithm analysis, you must be the CEO, co-founder, owner, or part of the company's board of directors (with prior authorization from other executives). You must demonstrate that you hold one of these positions as no information will be provided to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

5) Payment for the service is required to obtain the list of results from the screening and selection of the evaluated human talents.

6) Payment is required to automatically access your work session with the scientist to obtain your Company's Algorithm. 

Confidentiality Agreement and Authorization Letter

We consider it important to have a confidentiality agreement (NDA) between the parties so that, among other things, Ocus agrees to protect and not disclose confidential information from your company. In turn, you agree to protect and reasonably use the deliverables of your Company's Algorithm or any other services.

To do so, you will need to sign a document through DocuSign, which will be sent to your email.

Process and Recommendations

  1. Sign the confidentiality and HR management authorization document through DocuSign.
  2. Make your payment for the service you wish to obtain (price per person) via a payment link through Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.
